1. The conference fee for each representative is 1500 yuan for early registration, and 1000 yuan for each graduate student. The deadline for early registration and payment is October 15, 2025. Afterwards, on-site registration costs 1800 yuan per representative, and 1200 yuan per graduate representative. Accommodation and meals will be arranged uniformly, and the expenses will be borne by the individual.
2. Hotel accommodation: Huanghe Guesthouse in Henan Province, with standard rooms priced at 480 and 380 yuan/day/room (including double breakfast), can be shared, and invoices will be issued separately.
